In that time Ruby has continued to develop her technique and is also trained in Trigger Point Therapy, Muscular Pathologies, Myofascial Release, PNF stretching, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot stone therapy, Chinese Fire Cupping and Pregnancy massage. She uses a combination of techniques to achieve the best result for each individual’s needs.
Ruby believes in a holistic approach to healing and also enjoy applying the worldly techniques of hot stones, essential oils and facial detoxifying massage to treatments if requested. Each treatment is intuitively customised for the individual.
